Grace is a Realtor Associate with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. A Furman graduate who grew up in Greenville, Grace and her husband moved away for a few years to Charlottesville, Virginia and then Atlanta, before returning home in 2017. Prior to real estate, Grace traveled all over the Southeast and the world on behalf of BMW; working with the company’s dealer network to ensure that BMW’s luxury clients were treated the same no matter where in the world they made their purchases.
Today, Grace brings that luxury clientele expertise to Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. She and her husband have two children, who keep them busy, and love being in Greenville where BOTH sets of Grandparents live.
Grace has been the top producer in our Greenville office in 2021, 2022, and 2023. She is a NINJA certified Realtor and was named one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest Under 35 in 2021, and Greenville’s 40 under 40 in 2024. Grace is also known for her social media presence on Instagram @homeswithgrace, where she keeps it real on all things real estate and parenthood in the Upstate of South Carolina and beyond.
